Carolyn Owen

Carolyn was born in Kingston, Surrey and as a teenager moved with her family to the West Country. Moving back to London when she was 19, she worked in a variety of jobs…..market research, advertising, floristry, a Belgium chocolate shop and local Government, the common thread throughout being working with people.

Almost 20 years ago she decided to throw everything up in the air and combine working with people and travelling….so became a Tour Manager.  Over the years, Carolyn has worked in Europe, New Zealand, Russia, America, Iceland, Singapore, China, South Africa, Egypt, the Far East and the Middle East.

More recently Carolyn has been Cruise Director on Princess Eleganza and Queen Eleganza on the Croatian coast thoroughly enjoying sharing the ships with many wonderful passengers.   However she also works on tours all over the world for Noble Caledonia.

Carolyn admits to a love of exploring new places….walking over worn steps that millions of others have trod before, habits and lives of different races, world cuisine. Now she thoroughly enjoys sharing such experiences with the people she travels with.
